Description of the programme: The global trend of dynamic internationalisation of economic activities calls for human resources adaptive and responsive to such changes. Accordingly, our aim is to provide a combination of sound theoretical foundations and practical skills utilisable in our internationalised economy.

The core courses consist of a lecture and a seminar – the latter is to facilitate the equipping of students with the required skills, including the ability to synthesise and organise information and to come up with strong arguments, the professional collection, analysis and evaluation of data relevant to the pursued investigation on the international scene, and the persuasive presentation of own knowledge and findings.

Graduates are expected to find or even create jobs in the colourful world of international economy and business. The international flavour is guaranteed by channelled student and teaching staff exchange schemes and regular social events of international character.


Application procedure

  • Application requirements: BA diploma with at least 30 ECTS credits in the compulsory fields (Methodology, Economics, Management, Social Science, Programme-specific Module), and B2 proficiency level English language examination.
  • Application deadline: February
  • Application fee: 200 EUR (non-EU citizens) / 9000 HUF (EU citizens)
  • Tuition fee: 2500 EUR/semester (non-EU citizens) / 300 000 HUF/semester (EU citizens)
  • Entrance exam: oral exam before an Examination Board related to the topic chosen from the following two: 1) European integration, 2) The global economy. Reading material for the exam is provided.
