MTP (microtiter plate) DNA Sequencing service for the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science and Informatics, University of Szeged.
Terms of reference:
96 well MTP sequencing of 8 plates from two directions (768 samples, 1536 sequencing runs).
Samples will be PCR products or plasmid DNAs; size of the PCR fragments will be in the range of 500 to 1500 bp. The service includes the purification of the DNA samples.
ABI 3730XL sequencing run with a read length up to 1,100 nt (PHRED20 quality) Data formats: chromatograms (.abi and .scf files) and the text sequence in PHRED20 quality (.fsa file).
The tenderer give the undermentioned unit prices:
Determination of the sequence order of one sample supplied in 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes using one primer……. HUF or EUR/sample

Tender with the lowest price will obtain the right for contracting from those are technically compliant (fulfill all the requirements indicated under chapter „Expected professional capacity of tenderer”).

Payment terms:
The currency of invoice and payment is EUR or HUF. The payment takes place in 30 days from the date of the invoice’s delivery, with bank transfer on the basis of the proof of the performance issued by the Institute.

Expected professional capacity of tenderer:
The tenderer needed to have at least 2 references connected to the performance of the DNA sequence service in 36 months prior to the tender deadline.
Make a declaration including the customer’s name, representative and contact, the subject of the procurement, the date of performance, amount of consideration and the number of pieces on his sequence references in 36 months prior to the tender deadline.
Minimum 1000 bp reliable reading.
Execution of the sequencing service within 3 days.
