Description of the programme: The objective of the programme is to train professionals with special expertise in international and European trade and investment law with the ability to provide effective legal support in charting investment environment, developing optimal investment strategies, creating investment partnerships, identifying legal frameworks most convenient for the desired economic content and managing potential investment disputes in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

Besides business and legal English and traditional trade and investment courses, such as international financial management, WTO law or international tax and banking law, students are offered practical courses on ADR techniques as well as complex team assignments dealing with investment projects and investment environment analysis. The program also provides an opportunity for students to dynamically develop their professional English proficiency.

  • Application requirements: Graduate degree in law (J.D. or equivalent) – English language: B2 proficiency level (CEFR)
  • Application fee: 15 EUR/20 USD
  • Tuition fee: 2000 USD per semester
