There is an underground car park with 180 spaces. The entrance to it is from Batthyány Street
(can be found in the downloadable documents showing its entrances on the basement’s plan.) We can assure 80-140 spaces for cars depending on the type of the programme, number of its participants and date. It costs 500 HUF. If the PCO pays for the parking, the participants can use the garage for free otherwise the fee must be paid at the Central Customer Service.

Catering Services
The University Café assures the catering services according to the needs either from an easy coffee break to gala dinners.
Technical and Information Technological Services
Should you have various technical needs, you can discuss it with our audio-visual rapporteur and computer engineer. The price includes the price for the use of the technical equipment of the centre. It is possible to ensure continuous technical services for each room as well as to record programmes for additional price.
Technological services
The task of the technological service is to assure the different technological conditions (light, cooling, etc….) for the whole duration of the reception. After prior negotiations, the technological service can be expanded in case of building an exhibition. The price usually includes the technological service.
Security service
The Security department of the University of Szeged operates in the Centre. Its task is to secure the undisturbed operation of the Centre. Above the opening hours, (in case of a night reception, or Sunday reception), after separate negotiation, the Centre assures the conditions of security. This, of course, does not exclude the use of an own security service, but it needs to be negotiated prior to the programme. The security’s price is usually included.
Cleaning Service
The Centre has its own cleaning service. Usually the price includes this service. There is an exception in case of receptions after which the cleaning fee must be paid.
Cloakroom and left-luggage lockers
There is a cloakroom and left-luggage service in the Centre which is obligatory if one wants to enter the area behind the security entrance system. (For example University Library, Student Union Offices, Career Office, University Book Shop, are all behind the security entrance system). The 650 left-luggage lockers work with student cards, university identity card. The price of this service is usually included in the price.
Photocopying
There is a possibility to photocopy in the Centre either on the first, second and fourth floors of the University Library, or in the Computer Rooms on the first and third floors.

Printing
Printing is possible in the Computer rooms on the first and third floors.

University Café
The University Café in the Study and Information Centre is open 6 days a week (from Monday to Friday from 8 o’clock in the morning till 8 o’clock in the evening and on Saturday from 9 o’clock in the morning till 16 o’clock int he afternoon.)
Every day fresh sandwiches, rolls, salads, patisserie and a la carte possibilities are available.
