R = 7653,4 mm +/- 0.5%

r = 83,6 mm +/- 0.5%

Substrate material = Zerodure or other equivalent Ultra Low Expansion glass

Substrate dimensions = 120 x 20 x 20 (+/- 0.1 mm), rectangular

Clear aperture = 100 mm x 15 mm, rectangular

Coating = gold or B4C

Energy = 15 … 100 eV

Slope error = <2 arc seconds

Surface shape accuracy = lambda/20 or better @ 632 nm

Roughness = <0.5 nm

The Inviting Authority expects offers from suppliers that can guarantee a prompt delivery and have a stable financial background. Request for further information will be sent  to each candidate with a valid offer. Following the submission deadline, the Inviting Authority evaluates the offers and candidates are informed on the result with the least possible delay.
