ShareThe Congress Hall can be found on the first floor. Its maximum capacity is 685 persons. On the ground floor, there are 471 seats, while on the gallery there are 214 seats. Its entrances are on the first and second floors. It can be reached either by a lift or on the stairs. The flight of stairs is in front of the Cloakroom I, while the lift is near the Cloakroom II.
Bathrooms are in the forefronts on both floors.
The stage can be expanded with the help of mobile parts. Moving bigger objects, such as a piano, is possible with the help of a scene-lifting apparatus.
Main technical apparatuses available:
- Built-in projector
- Laptop
- 5,8x4,4 m screen with motor
- Dome-camera with zoom built in the ceiling to record programmes
- Sound amplifier (with micro port and cable)
- Overhead projector
- 4 language translating apparatuses
- 2 mobile whiteboards (can be written with felt-tip pen) (90x180cm)
- Lectern
If the 685 seats are not enough, there is a possibility to hear the interpretation in the Lecture Hall too.
The audio-visual system of the Congress Hall can be connected to the Lecture Hall and the Lecture Room I. and II. , thus making it possible to hear and see the event in these rooms too.
It is a perfect place for plenary lectures, section meetings, theatrical performances and musical programmes.
